A Native of Belarus, Sophia Grojsman worked her way up from a job as a lab technician at IFF all the way to Vice President. Over the course of a legendary 40+ year career, Grojsman has literally changed the course of popular perfumery, creating revolutionary fragrances that dramatically simplified the 100+ ingredient formulas of mid-century perfumery into vibrant, intelligently crafted modern classics such as Lancome Trésor, YSL Paris, Estee Lauder White Linen, and more. In the niche world, her love for creatively deployed roses led her to create the (now sadly extinct) S-Perfume 100% Love and its newer descendent, A Lab On Fire’s Rose Rebelle Respawn.
