Enzo Galardi’s journey into fragrance was launched by his grandfather Guido’s lifetime passion for amateur perfumery. Enzo grew up watching his grandfather experiment with distillation techniques, collect raw materials and essential oils, and produce formula after formula, all with a dream to someday open a boutique in Florence. While Guido never realized his dream in life, his grandson was so inspired that decades later, now a trained perfumer, he found and updated his grandfather’s treasured formulas to create the acclaimed Bois 1920 line of fragrances. In addition to running Bois 1920, Enzo has also created acclaimed scents for well known Florence-based brands Odori and Baldi.
