Lucky Candy

The reviews I read, and notes all looked perfect, and sounded great...and other people I know love this as their signature scent and it comes across floral and vanilla......however on me it smelled muddy and the bergamot and amber just smelled like grandma hadn't washed recently.Giving 3 stars because the longevity is 6+ hours and I tried washing it off - didn't budge! So glad I only paid $4 for a sample.. this has been on my wish list for a while.

This is a beautiful scent however, not in the way you think. I would not consider this a gourmand, more a warm floral. It is sweet but it has a grassy-like element. Very warm and inviting, like a beautiful Easter day. It doesn't fit my scent profile but that doesn't make this a bad fragrance! Quite unique, I find myself going back to smelling it, but that grassy sort of powdery floral is not for me and I always get a hint of it. It's nice, I would say please try a sample first because I don't think the notes or name really fit the actual fragrance. All in all, I do think it's a beautiful fragrance that's much more complex than a sweet, gourmand.
