No. Just no. But if you love roses on top of roses then try it.

This has no tobacco scent at all it smells like an old rose, with no other notes or depth. Not something I would buy.

Really liked this fragrance sample and looking forward to purchasing.

A serious contender in some Butchest Rose competition of which I was not previously aware, this glorious thing is the true early-autumn gardening experience -- blowsy roses literally falling off their stems, mineral-rich damp earth and leaves, and a waxy note I associate with old, seasoned wood crates. Delightful and wearable.

A bright and potent rose scent that becomes dirty, earthy and lasts forever. Quickly becoming my favorite rose fragrance. Absolutely love it.

Earthy honeyed rose, very realistic. I don't get much tobacco. It is a bit like Tauer's Incense Rose but without the incense.

I love this perfume and can't quite say why. The rose is earthy and a little bit sour, which would normally be a turnoff, but here it is so rich and complexly sour that it becomes a draw. Oakmoss and amber add a richness, and may sound familiar as partners to rose, but the whole smells like no other rose I know.

4 1/2 stars. This one is rose, rose, rose - just what I was looking for. The oakmoss adds great hints of earthiness. It may be FBW. I will have to sample it a bit more.

Opens with a strong blackcurrant rose on top of sweet resinous pipe tobacco, unlit. It's not a smoky scent. The first few minutes are overpowering, but then it softens as nutmeg comes through.
