Here's what other people are saying about Anamcara...
Yes, there are florals in here, but this is mainly a tea fragrance and a very good tea one. Reminds me a bit of Tender Light without the iris. It’s very feminine, light, classy, and balanced. I don’t have many tea fragrances, so I’m happy to have this in my ever growing collection.

Anamcara immediately gets your attention. Divine, juicy and sweet composition, yet different from other sweet smelling perfume. Peach with gentle vanilla with a dry down of soft sandalwood, I received compliments in the afternoon after putting it on early morning.

Another pretty scent from Dusita - a little warmer and fruit forward than some of her other female-leaning perfumes. It's pleasant to wear and easy to wear. Not a headache inducing scent. Wears well for hours. The dry down leans towards a fresh masculine cologne, so, it does change and it does have layers. Spring, Summer, possibly Fall scent. I enjoyed the sample. Not sure I would buy a full size bottle.

I’m totally addicted to Di Ser’s Kurokami. It’s an incredibly refreshing confluence of sweet-tart (grapefruit) and a jammy-velvety rose. Typically, I dislike rose scents — unless it’s the real thing, still unplucked. In a frag tho, I can’t ignore memories of the cheap perfumes of my grandma’s pre-WWII era. Now, a competitor emerged — Anamcara. It too has that utterly refreshing, uplifting sweet-tart. The blood orange, orange blossom + peach combine as a perfect FRESH. Then lush florals waft in & out, w/just a tiny hint of smokiness. The magic tho — unlike most orange blossom scents that disappear just as one’s dopamine gets tickled — this does not. Luxury. Happiness …

I love Dusita’s Melodie (tuberose), but couldn’t ignore its mothball twist. Instead, I developed a surprising addiction for Di Ser’s Kurokami — surprising because it has a sweet-tart (not cheap candy) hook. That’s an indecipherable blend of a jammy rose with grapefruit. It’s effect on my mood is profoundly uplifting, and is among the few frags that don’t dry down to a nasty metallic-vinegar on me. But it’s pricey for a daily addiction, so I’m on to Mizu. Then I found another of this kind - ANAMCARRA! It too combines a jammy-rose with citrus, but wow — it actually lasts a long time, woo hoo!!! Also, I don’t subscribe to the gendering of frags, but it smells just as fabulous on my male partner. Love!!!

I was surprised by how much I like — nay, adore — this. I’ve become addicted to Di Ser’s Kurokami, and this frag is definitely a relative w/ingredients: orange blossom, freesia, tea, peach, rose de Mai, jasmine, and so on. It’s not each ingredient as much as their overall synthesis. I detect a resinous (deeper, not squeaky house cleaner) citrus & orange blossom — both brighten the rose until it’s an almost undetectable, with a touch of tart fruit (not gourmand as much as a whiff of passion fruit or sweet tart. Most frags quickly turn into vinegar on my skin, except for this one, Kurokami & Peche Cardinal. It’s definitely uplifting enuf to call it a “mood enhancer” and lasts long enough to justify ordering a FB. A delight.

It seems like every review, most boast about how wonderful the scent is, well let me tell you that I have been sampling a few years now and no scent has captivated me as much as Dusita Anamacara. It suggests being a little on the feminine side. I disagree, I think it's definitely male. No reviews so far, but this and samples are all sold out. What does that tell you? Try it !
