Bali the Spiritual, the island that wakes up slowly each day to the rhythm of offerings. This is a time when women gather freshly cut flowers to accompany their religious rituals. Bali’s iconic flower is the 'Jepun', or frangipani. It has a particular prestige for the Indonesian people and is part of their mystique; its vivid colors decorate most temples. Both a symbol of the god Shiva and a way to channel prayers, the frangipani flower evokes the island’s inner voice. Murmure des Dieux is the very expression of lightness of the soul. An airy perfume taking the form of a reassuring whisper. An olfactory phrase like a mantra on the skin. This delicate accord intertwines the slightly almond and refined sweetness of the Frangipani flower, the unctuousness of vanilla and the reassuring roundness of musks. There seem to be different versions of this scent? I got a sample with the frangipani, hedione, and elemi midnotes, and it begins lightly until it warms on the skin to become a naturally sweet and sparkling floral of aching beauty attenuated by a perfectly balanced vanilla, amber, musk, benzoin, labdanum base. This is a perfect sun-drenched day in a paradise of tropical and white flowers, a multitude of gods whispering eternal benevolence. Such abundance!

I really like the scents that are hard to describe. And this is one of them! It is an interesting, complex smell, one of my everyday fragrances… it is not too distinct but pleasant none the less. It is a little powdery on a dry down, and it is mild (not with a too strong sillage or longevity). I use it a lot, I think I associate this type of scent with evening hours…

Beautiful perfume. The very first sniff on my wrist had the word sparkling came to mind, and then transported my thoughts to the Middle East, but upon reading the description again, it all made sense, exotic beautiful island of Bali with his lush temples and gorgeous flowers, I smell frangipani and some greens but also a smoky sweetness to it, vanilla with the dry down to a light softness. I was having a bad day and this uplifted me and took my somewhere I wanted to go, and I’ll keep going again when I purchase a full bottle of this perfume.

I thought I would adore this based on the ingredients, boy I was wrong! This smells sharp and almost flat at the same time on me. Its really odd smelling. I would be curious to smell this on someone else though. yeah its a scrubber for me. too bad. village is quiet. the essence is warm and cozy but it turns weird on me.
