Pull back the silk curtains and the smell of frangipani flowers strewn about on the tarot reader’s table invites you in. As she reveals cards, scent memories of fresh hay, amber and sweet orange come to the fore. Heliotrope and spices perfume the air as she pulls the final card, the Sun. She tells you it’s an omen of vitality, confidence, and abundance: the sun’s gift is a joyous celebration. Ceremonial, regal, fresh.
Each fragrance in The Garden Collection evokes an aspect of a secret garden: cold stone, flowers budding and dried, strewn about tea leaves and tarot cards, and a locked wooden gate.
What We Think
A stunning sunshiney bright floral if we ever did find one, The Sun Card is a phenomenon of light, beautifully balanced frangipani with touches of sweet orange and almond-like creamy heliotrope, finishing with dry, warm hay and sheer amber.
