Yep, I am adding this to my "to buy" list! The sample did not disappoint. It feels like I am looking out over a field from a little summer cottage by the ocean on the East Coast. Sophisticated, yet girly and feminine. The citrus note is strong in the opening, and the drydown brings out more of the sandalwood and cream. I think this would be a good work scent!

Choux Choux's sweet beginning dries down with elegance and graceful femininity. Her sillage is more intimate than I'd prefer, but maybe that's part of what makes her so special. The people who experience the fragrance on me are the ones I keep closest. She's just beautiful.

I ordered a bunch of samples and this was a stand out! It immediately reminded me on Tigre D’eau from Pierre Guillermo which I love! It has a citrus element to it that calmed down as I wore it and also a caramel quality to it which is creamy but I can’t say it’s super lactonic. I’m also getting a light pleasant vanilla. Overall very yummy and very wearable!

I blind bought this and I’m so glad I did! I do recommend sampling, but I don’t think you can get a full experience without a sprayer. It starts off citrusy, but it does go away after 10-20 mins. It becomes a super cozy, light, airy, bakery scent. It’s giving whipped cream and pastry. It doesn’t have a crazy projection, but it does last for a long time. It’s being compared to Phlur Heavy Cream and I could see that, but I like Choux Choux better.

A beautiful light and slightly green take on a gourmand. There is an ever so slightly creamy whiff to the opening citrus note before settling into a briefly salty and woody vanilla cocoa. It is not the warm scent I was hoping for, but this would be gorgeous during spring months!

Choux Choux is light, sweet, and creamy. I usually prefer a heavier scent, but this is lovely and I will purchase the full size bottle.

I'm so glad I got a sample of this because it was not for me. At first spray, it was very citrusy with a bit of creaminess. But then it immediately became coconut-y and lasted for about three hours before I could smell anything else from this. Then, I could pick up on the sweet vanilla, more of the lactonic whipped cream aspect, as well as a powdery marshmallow-like element. Later, about five hours into the wear, I got a hint of cacao and then the aromatic sandalwood. I didn't pick up on any caramel or mocha at all. The longevity is long-lasting, like all day for me. The latter half of the wear was lovely and what I was hoping the whole perfume would be like. Overall, it really reminds me of Heavy Cream by Phlur.

I recently received this as a sample... and it is truly like something I’ve never smelled. Yet it is extremely nostalgic and comforting. the caramel, sandalwood and cocoa are SO yummy and mend so beautifully together. I'm strongly considering purchasing a full size

This is heaven. Creamy, but not cloyingly lactonic, this is a "light" gourmand. Citrus peel and cream, with a hint of vanilla, and a touch of sandalwood. If you are not a gourmand lover, or not keen on vanilla or sandalwood, you will still love this. This was a blind buy and it did not disappoint. It is of moderate projection and sillage on me.
