Vanille West Indies

This is by far my favorite scent! Exotically sweet and warm, it exudes the smallest hint of orchid with a strong base of vanilla and caramel. I have had numerous compliments and inquires about it, actually more than any other perfume that I own.

This is the best vanilla I have found. Pure, long lasting, soothes my soul and makes me happy. I tried quite a few expensive vanillas including Tihota (which had a muskiness that I did not like.) This is a pricy scent, but once you've smelled this one, the others just can't compare. I also tried the inexpensive Solinote and the Outremer which is touted as being very similar, do not waste your money trying them, they have almost no fragrance at all. Ligne St Barths Vanille West Indies is the one for me. It's a splurge that is worth it and it lasts a long time. ENJOY!

This is a pretty vanilla, but it is too sweet for me. If you are a fan of sweet perfumes, this could be the vanilla for you.

If you have been in the fragrance arena for a while, there's no doubt that you are already familiar with Comptoir Sud Pacifique and Montale/ Mancera houses. And so, if you have already familiarized yourself with the pedestrian likes of the aforementioned houses, you will not be in awe nor elation over this basic, vanilla candy. Yes, it is indeed vanilla, but it has a chemical-like aftertaste. Alas, TIHOTA still reigns the king of linear vanilla fragrances.
