Here's what other people are saying about Vanilla Powder...
Wow, this is strange. I knew it wouldn't be a blind buy, so I got a sampler. Even then, it is not even close to what I could have expected! Really weird... I agree with the other reviews - sharp, metallic, chemically. Saw on TikTok that is smells very coconut-y, but I don't smell that at all. Stay away.

Love! It’s long lasting and the coconut is subtle, but just enough.

A very scratchy scent in here that I'm not sure what to attribute to. It's not a pleasant powder drydown, and it LASTS. If you want to be more warmer, softer, vanilla gourmand, this is not the one. :(

I like this. I'd be better named Vanilla Smoke, the powder is slightly misleading. To me, this is a stronger, smokier, cold weather version of Burberry Goddess or Byredo's Vanille Antique. Def a powerhouse, not for the faint of heart, so I can see how it could be overwhelming to some. Little goes a long way! If you like sweet marshmallowy vanillas, this is NOT for you. It’s a dark, full-bodied, slightly smoky vanilla thanks to the palo santo. Cost wise, I’d probably stick to Burberry Goddess.

Vanilla Powder is AWFUL! Thank goodness for Luckyscent, so I didn’t blind buy a full bottle! It stinks. Maybe it doesn’t go with my body chemistry. Another awful one that’s along the same lines as Vanilla Powder is Vanille Antique by Byredo. It’s even worse than this one. I normally love vanilla scents and thought I would these two scents, but no.

This is interesting, and I see the metallic note the other reviewers are talking about, but it isn't amazing enough to buy full bottle. I don't like how baby powdery the powder smells. It smells like someone's grandma's took a powder puff and then shook it all over the bathroom and it went up in a cloud of smoke. It's got a very old granny smell mixed with modern elements, but not in a good way.

I completely agree with Amanda's review. I love vanilla perfumes and have so many favorites of all variations, but this Vanilla Powder is horrendous. I can't describe the overwhelmingly sharp, almost metallic scent that assaulted me when I put just two sprays on my hand. It burned my nose, almost a camphor-like smell that makes your eyes water. And as mentioned in Amanda's review, the smell literally grew stronger over time. How? I didn't even spray it in my office, but the entire room soon filled with the smell just from what was on my hand and people covered their nose when they walked in. Definitely get a sample before considering a full-bottle.

I really like this fragrance and all the others, but it would be better to have a 50 ml format.

This scent is divine! I am a long time lover of gourmand fragrances with a vanilla base. This fragrance is rich and sophisticated. It is tiered with mature chewy sweetness and a dark smoky trail. I’m not a fan of “powdery” scents, so the name threw me off from even giving it a chance. I am so glad I received a free sample of this with my last order because I am in love with this scent. An added bonus is that it LASTS so long on my skin. Even after a shower, it lingers. I put this on my Christmas wishlist from my husband, so I look forward to opening this and wearing it often.

This is a nice, not too sweet vanilla. My main problem is that as it dries down, the vanilla fades away and you are left with a slightly sweet, very generic perfume. There are no notes that make it interesting enough to splurge on a full bottle.

I really wanted to like this scent, and going by the name and notes I should have loved it, but Vanilla Powder was nothing short of an assault on my olfactory nerve. This hit so wrong and so strong for me. I sprayed 1 spray on a Kleenex in my hallway and it lasted for HOURS and even migrated into the bedrooms. It was a linear scent, so if you don't like the initial blast it won't change, so you'll be waiting in vain. I've never smelled Palo Santo, so maybe that's what's ruining it for me? If the type of vanillas you like are ones like Tihota, Delizia di Marshmallow, and Escapade Gourmande (all my favs) then you will probably agree with me concerning VP. But I'm sure someone will like this so try a sample (not a safe blind-buy).
