That's certainly the case with Sweet Banana, a remarkably complex and enveloping original that blends the fruity gourmand notes you might expect with a breathtaking floral bouquet and a rich amber and oud base to deliver something else entirely. Banana is absolutely present, but it's a surprisingly fresh, slightly green banana note without a hint of cloying fakeness. The florals, too, are complex and lovely--rich, fruity tuberose works perfectly against the banana, while the sweeter aspects of jasmine are coaxed out by a touch of oud and the rich, sensually musky patchouli and vanilla base.
