Here's what other people are saying about Vetiver 46...
I like this one. I haven't tried the CdG one the other reviewers are talking about, so take that grain of salt. But this is a nice gentle vetiver, perfect for bedtime, reminds me of Eleventh Hour by Byredo (which doesn't have vetiver? but i always feel like I smell it). Works on me and on my guy. Lasts but doesn't oppress. Nice in fall.

I slept on this one for many years, having sniffed it, knowing it was out there, but mostly dismissing it as too similar to Comme des Garcons 2 Man (also by Mark Buxton). And the truth is, especially at the start, they certainly ARE similar. But while the CdG relies on a weird-fun synthetic and waxy quality, Vetiver 46 quickly moves from its initial candle-smoke effect into a rich, natural-smelling vetiver-frankincense-clove heart that has me swooning. I've fallen for this stuff hard, and can't get enough. Woods and vanilla in the base provide a sense of contemplation and comfort, and the whole thing wears with enough refinement that you won't be overstating your suave choice of scent. I much prefer this to the CdG, and it's a top fave now.

I really like this scent and have considered purchasing it many times, but it smells too similar to CdG 2 Man. I tried wearing both scents side by side, and I found them to be very similar. Le Labo has greater 'fizz' and smells greener, but I don't think I'll purchase it because I can get 2 Man for half the price.

I'm the biggest fan of Le Labo on Luckyscent, I've worn every unisex, and masculine Le Labo Perfume, this one missed the spot, for one thing, the dry down is very austere, and not smooth at all, the Oud note seems really out of place to me, it smells like band aids, plastic, very odd. The scent reminded me of Catholic school in Venezuela...not a good memory.

It's deep and sharp and woody alright, but it's not vetiver. In fact, it's a rather egregious duplicate of perfumer Mark Buxton's earlier Comme des Garcons 2 Man, only a little more soft/oriental in the drydown and more tenacious overall. If you think you might like this, make sure you try CDG2Man first before you buy and see which one suits you better - to my nose they're almost identical, but the CDG is considerably less expensive.

Very strong scent. Similar to Santos de Cartier and Chanel Antaeus, both faves from 80s / 90s. My olfactory tastes have changed though and this is a bit much for me.

at first, thought it was too strong to fall in the vetiver category. but after a while appreciated vetiver for what it is...this is true to the root.

This is a real treasure, though I think I prefer this on my boyfriend than on me. Initially it's a full throttle vetiver, but after a while the dry down becomes distinctly elegant, when the vanilla and amber notes take the edge off the woodiness. This is longlasting and very warming, so I think is better suited to autumn and winter. Lovely!

It belongs to Men's fragrance but actually great for women, too. I keep smelling myself! Even if you are big fun of floral scent, it's worth to have for a twist.

Amazingly enough, considering the strong ingredients in this fragrance, I was almost anosmic to it. I got some faint woodiness when i first applied, but then it simply disappeared. Skin chemistry is a crazy thing. It smelled great in the vial.

This is an incredible vetiver, probably my favorite. Dark, earthy, smoky and contemplative.
